The Kaduna State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal is to deliver its ruling on the petition brought against the election of Governor Nasir El-Rufai, in the next 24 hours.
Hafsat Suleiman, the Tribunal Secretary, who disclosed the news to the press, said the ruling would be made this Monday.
Isa Ashiru Kudan, the PDP candidate who called 135 witnesses out of the 685, believes he is the rightful winner of the March 9, 2019 Governorship election.
He through his legal counsel argued that Governor El-rufai was illegally awarded a higher votes and if the results were amended rightly, he would have scored 689,958 lawful votes, while El-Rufai will have 653,686 votes.
