Some of the twenty police officers de-seconded from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, back to the Nigerian Police Force, NPF, have now been assigned to various commands, DENISAURUS News has learned.
The redeployed officers got a new directive of their new posting in a police signal with Ref: CH.5350/FS/FHQ/ABJ/T1/133. The signal obtained exclusively by this paper was dated for today (4 August 2020).
Chief Superintendent of Police – CSP Abdullahi Lawal, CSP Hamisu Adamu Dan-Usman, CSP Mohammed Alkali and CSP Abdullahi Abubakar Mohammed, who are among those that worked with Ibrahim Mustafa Magu, the suspended acting chairman of the EFCC, being investigated for fraud, were re-deployed to Katsina, Interpol, Maiduguri, Akure, Akwa and Yenagoa.
The posting authorised by Mohammed Adamu, the Inspector-General of Police is with “immediate effect,” an Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Alkali Baba Usman, who signed the memo noted.
A memo DENISAURUS News obtained exclusively showing the names of the officers who were returned to the Nigerian Police says from the 29th July 2020, their salary will be stopped.
There has been report of how those known as the “Magu boys,” blackmailed and negotiated for cuts from suspects.
Any kick-back obtained by this “Magu boys” is shared with the erstwhile EFCC boss known as “the general.”
Details of how this was done and account numbers has been discovered by DENISAURUS News.
An indicting dossier from the Department of State Service, DSS, against Mr Magu stated that he is living a double life and he was corruptly enriching himself.
The report written in 2016 October also stated that Mr Magu used fronts to launder such monies.

DCP Ahmed Ammani, ACP Ishaku Sharu, ACP Mohammed Isa Rabo, ACP Aminu Ado Aliyu, CSP Bashir Abdullahi, CSP Ibrahim Isa Aliyu and CSP Ibrahim Isa Aliyu, are also among those who were returned to the NPF, and some are known to be fronts of Mr Magu.
In 2016, sources also told DENISAURUS News that ACP Sharu, one of the known “Magu boys,” then a Chief Superintendent, is very corrupt.

They say it is why former Chairman Mrs Farida Waziri returned him back to the mother organisation Nigeria Police, but Ibrahim Lamorde, a sacked chairman, who is believed to have encouraged corrupt police officers, brought him back to EFCC in 2011.
CSP Sharu, while working with Mr Magu, is thought to have cut a deal with a suspect (Mr Yushau) not to reveal an add valuable asset – BACAB PLAZA beside KASUPDA HOUSE, Kaduna Central Market, Ahmadu Bello Way, Kaduna State, into the asset list.
