Goodluck Jonathan has accused the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo of lying about his person and has asked the General Overseer of the Redeem Christian Church of God to call him to order over the spreads of such falsehood.
The former President said Professor Osinbajo, is yet to provide proof for allegations he made on March 19, but has instead come out to make more unproven accusations against him.
The Vice President, a pastor in the Redeemed Church, had previously claimed that Dr Jonathan shared 150 Billion dollars two weeks before the 2015 election.
In a recent gathering organised by the Covenant Christian Centre in Lagos, the clergy man-cum-politician who “has a nasty habit of lying,” claimed that three unnamed persons stole $3 billion (N1 trillion) in the Jonathan administration.
Till date, Professor Osinbajo is yet to provide any proof to his allegations against the former President.
According to Dr Jonathan, “the devil is the father of all liars.” He said it is depressing to know that Prof Osinbajo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, was fixated with lying about him.
Dr Jonathan, who rose from state Governor to becoming President in 2010, called on Enoch Adeboye, the GO of the RCCG church to call Prof Osinbajo to order, stating “that the RCCG ordains its pastors not to lie but to spread the word of God.”

He said: Prof Osinbajo “is a liar, forgetting or perhaps not caring that the devil is the father of all liars. I challenge him once again to prove me wrong by mentioning those three people and providing proof that they stole the amounts allegedly stolen.
“It is sad that at a time when the Buhari administration should be telling Nigerians what they have achieved after three years, they continue to blame and point fingers.
“The reason for this is because neither Buhari nor Osinbajo can point to any project that they have initiated, started and completed in three years.”
