Beautiful people do not just happen. Beauty Queen Sarah Bulus set out to be a child who could be tagged an orphan [because she lost her father at a young age]. Growing up in a tough environment short of proper welfare, she was never deterred by this because her mother was a key force for breakthrough – the only asset obtainable was a determined mother who stood by her all through ‘thick and thin’.
Today, Sarah is a beauty Queen with a difference.
2017 Most Beautiful Girl in Taraba, first runner up of Miss Tourism Nigeria 2019 and now 2019 Miss Glam Nigeria – these granted her the privilege to represent Nigeria in Miss Glam World 2020, slated to be hosted in India. It is unprecedented, having a Taraba-born Queen to represent Nigeria at this kind of International Pageantry Series.
The Taraba-born queen and a 400 level students of Public Administration at Adonai university Benin republic became the face of many brands, according her superb opportunities with various sector of the ever-buzzing entertainment industry. She never allowed fame get in the way of giving back to the society, especially the less privilege population and communities in need within her constituency. Queen Bulus is fast becoming an exemplary beauty Queen with penchant for charity and her humanitarian gestures towards the disadvantaged population in Taraba, is becoming her lifestyle.
The 23-year-old Queen joined forces with CSDP to build Hospitals and sank boreholes [in Nakanduse] and many other communities. Not only beautiful in appearance but also beautiful at heart – Queen Sarah visited the people of Jegam-Petel to observe their immediate pressing needs. She immediately initiated a Healthcare centre in Lau Local government of Taraba State to cater for their preliminary health needs while a full Hospital to be provided soonest. IDPs and the Orphange are her regular stop-spots. Appawa Gada Primary School in Lau got a bite of her benevolence as pupils went home with free school uniforms. These are just few from her stable as she walks up the ladder of life.
Queen Sarah is having her place in Nollywood, and the upcoming film ‘Endless Love’ marked her debut as an actress. Presently, a Brand Ambassador for ‘Tanadi Noni’ and also open for negotiations with any interested brand.
Queen Bulus found her resolve in Franklin’s famous statement – “The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.”
