President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appoinments of chairs of board of parastatals in some ministries.
Among those appointed was the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo as chair of the National Planning Commission, NPC.
Dapo Abiodun, who ran for Ogun East Senatorial district seat, was appointed as the new chairman of Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC.
Other members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Muiz Banire and Demola Seriki were appointed.
The President also appointed himself to National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, NASENI.
However, the appointment has been mired in controversies after names of deceased people were identified on the list.
Among them was the name of the late Senator Francis Okpozo.
