Governors from four South-South state are currently meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari today to “discuss issues pertinent” to their state.

DENISAURUS News understands that Seriake Dickson, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the Governor of Bayelsa State made the visit to Aso Villa with his counterparts from Akwa Ibom: Udom Emmanuel; Delta: Ifeanyi Okowa and River State; Nyesom Wike.

Governor Dickson noted the closed door meeting which began around 3 pm was a “fruitful discussion.”

He said: “My colleagues and I came to have audience with the president to discuss issues pertinent to our country and pertinent to our respective states.

“We had a robust and fruitful discussion with the president and he promised to look into it in anyway possible.”
