President Muhammadu Buhari’s government has a record of blunders. The President who promised change has made things worse for the people of Nigeria.
According to a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, since coming to power in 2015, “things have not changed, and many things are worse.”
According to Bukkar Abba Ibrahim, a former governor of Yobe State “Nigerians are very bitter.”
In spite of the bitterness, Nigerians are people known to laugh no matter the circumstance they find themselves.
DENISAURUS News has compiled five statements that shows the inefficiency of a government that took six months before appointing ministers.
This statement which shows the incompetent nature of those who uttered them, should hopefully make you laugh away some anger!
Governor Akinwunmi Ambode:
“This particular aspirant — you can go and check, the records are there — is somebody that has been arrested for spending fake American dollars in a night club.
“He is also known that he doesn’t have the competence to do what he is being propelled to do. His records are there at Gbagada General Hospital. This is somebody that has gone for rehabilitation before.” – September 2018
Idris Ibrahim, Inspector General of Police:
Social media is a technology available to those criminally minded and we have to be careful about how we respond to these clamouring. SARS is a unit of police that I believe is to be retained.

Senator Shehu Sani, Representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District:
“Clarification: I’m yet to leave the Broomcity FC for the Umbrella united or any other club on the Premier league. Discussion and consultations are ongoing.
“If such will happen, it will be backed by a signed formal letter to the club management; And a formal announcement on the side of the pitch by myself. Thank you.” – July 2018
President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR:
“I did not know that IG did not stay in the state.”
“I cannot overlook the killings in Benue or any other part of Nigeria. I cannot do that. I am genuinely worried about the attacks in Benue and we are doing everything to end them,
“It is only now that I am hearing this. But I know that I sent him here.” – March 2018
Ibrahim Mustafa Magu, The Acting chairman of the Economics and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC:
“Those behind the plot, which is believed to be part of a grand design to discredit the anti-graft czar, have allegedly finalised plans to name Magu as the owner of choice properties in exotic locations abroad.” – November 2017
