Kwankwasiyya Ammana is an umbrella group of supporters of the former Governor of Kano State, Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso.
The group many of whom are associated with a red cap boast of over 150 factions. Each bloc has thousands of members in its fold. DENISAURUS News learned that this structure is spread across the 36 states of Nigeria.
One of such group is the Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, RMK Group which is led by Abdullahi Ishaq. On Wednesday, Mr Ishaq and other supporters made their way to an orphanage centre in Tirkania Chickun Local Government Area of Kaduna.

Mr Ishaq who participated in sharing fruits and beverages to children at the centre, said the act was inspired by the Kano Central Senator.
According to Mr Ishaq, Senator Kwankwaso has “sponsored many children to school and he does so not only for the people of Kano.”
He said it was the generous act of the former defense minister that has inspired people like him to also give back.
In a press release seen by DENISAURUS News, Mr Ishaq, explained that the “group has a give back motto based on the principles of Senator Kwankwaso.
“The aim is to always find ways to support those who have less than we do. Either through support in education or providing of material relieve like we did today.”
