Emmanuel Macron, a liberal centrist remains set to beat his opponent Marine Le Penn in today’s French Presidential election.
In the first round Monsieur Macron and far right candidate Madame Le Pen out polled seven other candidates to make it to the second and final round of the election.
39-year-old Macron, who is in support of France staying in the EU has received backing from the outgoing French President François Hollande and the former President of America, Barack Obama.
But Madame Le Pen’s 88 year-old father says she lacks the qualities to become president.
