Goodluck Jonathan will give Nigerians the opportunity to hear about his five year reign in an event to launch his book “My Transition Hours.”
Dr Jonathan who served as the President of Nigeria from 2010 to 2015, will be joined by President Muhammadu Buhari and former President Olusegun Obasanjo at the Transcorp Hilton Abuja on his birthday (November 20).
President Alassane Ouattara of Cote d’Ivoire and former Ghanaian President, John Mahama are also expected to be at the event.
The former President of Africa’s most populous country, who will turn 61 on the day, will provide an insight into the 2015 Presidential election.
According to Ambassador Bashir Yuguda, the Chairman of the Book Presentation Committee, “My Transition Hours” will also give readers “a reflection on some key decisions by His Excellency, the former President while in Office.”
