President Muhammadu Buhari is currently holding talks with the nation’s Service Chiefs.
The meeting, which is being held behind closed doors might be connected to the recent killings by herdsmen in the North-Central.
On Friday, President Buhari who was lashed by lawmakers for his silence, stated that he was working to resolve the crisis that has seen more than 73 people killed in Benue.
It is understood that the Director Generals of National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Department of State Services (DSS), and the Inspector General of Police are all present in today’s meeting.
The Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, is also said to be in the crunch meeting taking place at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
