An ICT chief or Kenya’s Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has been found dead with one of his arm cut off.
Chris Musando’s Land Rover and his body was discovered behind a shopping mail days before the electorates go to the polls to elect a new President.
According to a Kenyan newspaper, the information technology specialist was one of the few people with knowledge on the whereabouts of the servers at IEBC.
The Star reports that Mr Musando was last seen on Friday. The deputy director of ICT’s “last communication was an SMS sent to one of his colleagues at around 3 am on Saturday morning.”
