Paul Nuttal, leader of the anti-immigration party, did not vote for UKIP in Boston and Skegness.
Instead, the 40-year who hopes to represents the area at the House of Commons, casted his vote in Congleton, Cheshire.
This information was confirmed by a spokesperson for UKIP, who said Mr Nuttall voted at where he lives this morning before travelling to Lincolnshire.
