Top PDP Senator John Enoh Defects To APC

Senator John Owan Enoh has abandoned the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

On Tuesday (May 9), Mr Enoh, 50, chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance, who represents Cross River Central defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba SAN, who is also a member of the ruling APC said “that a political party should be like a church; open to all.”

Senator Ndoma-Egba SAN, Chairman of Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, who welcomed Senator Enoh to the APC represented Cross River Central from 2003 to 2015 under the platform of the PDP.

Other high profile lawmakers such Senator Nelson Asuquo Effiong, Akwa Ibom South and Senator Andy Uba have also left the PDP.
