The Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is to send the list of his minsters to the national assembly tomorrow.
The majority leader, Opeyemi Bamidele, a senator representing Ekiti Central Senatorial District, made it known that the list would be received in the next 48 hours, to meet the stipulated time regulation, which says that the President must appoint his ministers within 60 days after being sworn in.
The law under Section 42 of the constitution, also mandates Governors to appoint their Commissioners within the said time frame.
The 60-year-old Senator, who was recently elected as the majority leader for the 10th Senate, made the announcement about President Tinubu sending his list in at his book launch.
The book titled “Leadership through Communication,” was launched at his 60th birthday party, held in Abuja, on Tuesday.
