Mudasiru Obasa has been re-elected unopposed as Speaker of the Lagos State House Assembly.Â
The lawmaker representing Agege State Constituency 1, who was the speaker in the eight Assembly had no challenger.
The speaker whose nomination was moved by Moshood Oshun, a member representing Lagos Mainland Constituency II and seconded by Yinka Ogundimu, a lawmaker from Agege Constituency II, promised that under his leadership, lawmakers “will continue to make laws that will enhance the standard of living of those in Lagos State.”
