A former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, was driven to court in an ambulance today.
Olisa Metuh, who allegedly received N400m from the Office of the National Security Adviser in 2014, arrived at the Federal High Court in Abuja, in a vehicle with number plate, 44Q 20FG.
Justice Okon Abang, who had at first refused an application for a long adjournment, was inclined to move the case to March 15, because of the condition of the defendant.
He said: “I have seen the condition that the first defendant is. Seeing the condition, I am inclined to adjourn this matter to allow the first defendant attend his trial.”
