Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has arrived in Yola State.

Alhaji Abubakar, the Waziri of Adamawa, who had recently announced his resignation from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC arrived in the state at 12 noon and was warmly greeted by members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The politician is yet to join a party. However, there are calls for him to return to the PDP whom he helped to form
