Detroit and Star Wars actor John Boyega was the “boy” being fought over on The Late Late Show.

On Wednesday, James Corden and Jeffrey Tambor fought to win the love of the boy who grew up in Peckham.

They did so singing the exact lyrics from Brandy and Monica’s 1998 song, only changing “the boy is mine” to “the Boyega is mine.”

In the spoof clip, which has been viewed 217,776 times, Boyega who was playing both men, was caught out and had the door hilariously smashed in his face.
