The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has paid a visit to President Muhammadu Buhari in London.
The number three man, who represents Kwara Central, led a delegation which includes the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and Majority leader of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan in the visit to President Buhari at the Abuja House, London today.
A statement personally signed by Senator Saraki confirmed once again that President Buhari was in “good spirits.”
He wrote: “Myself, Rt Honorable Yakubu Dogara and leader of Senate, Senator Ahmed Lawan paid a visit to President Buhari in Abuja House in London.
“We were delighted to see that President Buhari is doing well, was cheerful and in good spirits. The president I saw today is healthy, witty and himself.”
Last week, Senator Saraki, the Turaki of Ilorin, revealed that he had spoken to Nigeria’s Commander in Chief, who joked about him working late into the night.

The visit comes a few day after the US President Donald Trump commended President Buhari’s war against insurgency, during a telephone conversation.
The Senate President will travel out of London tomorrow.
