Dr Alex Ekwueme, a former Vice President of Nigeria has been flown out of Nigeria for further treatment.

The 85-year-old elder statement, who was being treated for chest infection at the Memfys Hospital of Neurosurgery, Enugu, departed the country on Sunday at 8:30 am in a white air ambulance with registration number N605AJ.
