The President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, has taken to Twitter to pay tribute to his hardworking Deputy Chief of Staff on his 50th birthday.
Bukola Saraki, whose leadership has been lauded for introducing positive change in the upper legislative chamber, such as the passage of the ‘Not Too Young To Run Bill’, tweeted the message from his verified account, @bukolasaraki, along with a picture of Gbenga Makanjuola this morning.
In the post, he wrote: “Happy 50th Birthday Gbenga! I celebrate your life today and commend your hard work and administrative acumen as my Deputy Chief of Staff!”

Honourable Makanjuola, a two-term member of the House of Representatives for Oke-Ero/Isin/Irepodun/Ekiti Federal Constituency, was appointed deputy chief of staff to the office of the Senate President in 2015.
When Senator Isa Galaudu resigned the position early in this year, he Hon Makanjuola held forth for a while.
Senator Saraki’s message has prompted others to wish Hon Makanjuola, who hails from Omu-Aran in Kwara State well.
