Nigeria Football Federation president Amaju Pinnick has won a seat on the Executive Committee of the Confederation of African Football, CAF.

The results confirmed in a statement posted on the official @CAF_Online twitter account shows that the Delta State football administrator who defeated Beninese counterpart Anjorin Moucharafou by 32 to 17 votes, will serve from 2017 – 2021.

Liberia’s Musa Bility won a seat on CAF Western African Zone.
Danny Jordaan and Suleiman Waberi joins Southern African and Central/Eastern African Zones.
Ahmad Ahmad of Madagascar defeated incumbent Issa Hayatou who has held the position since 1988, by 34 – 20 votes, to become new CAF president.
Mr Ahmad will seat in the FIFA council.
