The Brisith Prime Minister needs to consult with her peers before triggering Article 50.
This decision was in a judgement in which 11 Supreme Court judges voted to uphold a challenge launched by anti-Brexit campaigner, Gina Miller, ordered for Ms. May to seek the permission of MPs, before invoking Article 50 and starting a two-year countdown to Brexit.

The decision to overrule the government was made in a vote of eight to three.
