Big Sam Signs Deal With Palace

By Adenike Lucas

Former England Manager Sam Allardyce has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal at Crystal Palace FC.

The 62-year-old who is popularly known as “Big Sam,” resigned the England job following a sting by undercover reporters in September.

The former Bolton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers, Newcastle, West Ham and Sunderland manager now replaces  Alan Pardew, who was sacked over his poor performance on Thursday.

Pardew was asked to step down after Palace lost 8 out of 10 recent premier league games.
